Scales is a seasoned government affairs executive with over 13 years of experience navigating federal, state, and international affairs in Washington and beyond in private and public sector roles. Having managed investor relations for a publicly traded company, led a corporate Washington office, served in the U.S. Trade Representative's Office of Public Engagement, and directed coalitions on Capitol Hill, Sam offers a comprehensive understanding of navigating both government and corporate landscapes. His expertise in international trade, combined with his ability to bridge gaps between Capitol Hill, state governments, and private sector stakeholders, allows him to craft tailored strategies that meet clients' needs and drive successful outcomes.
